Is Tessera really free?
Yes. The runtime, the CLI, and the HTTP server are Apache 2.0 and free forever. Paid tiers add convenience layers on top — cloud sync, team sharing, SSO — they don't gate core functionality.
Do you send my prompts anywhere?
Never. Models run entirely on your hardware. Even on paid tiers, cloud sync is opt-in and end-to-end encrypted. Community tier has zero outbound calls.
Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?
Yes. Prorated in both directions. Cancel anytime; no retention calls, no sales gatekeeping.
Does Enterprise include a custom deployment?
Air-gapped deployments and VPC setups are available on Enterprise. Talk to sales about requirements.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cards (Stripe) for Pro. Cards or annual invoicing (wire / ACH) for Enterprise.
